Sizzer is looking for a Junior Business Developer // Music Supervisor to join our German team, the right-hand partner helping to grow and maintain our client network in Germany.

Full-time · Berlin

The Role

As a Junior Business Developer // Music Supervisor, you’ll support our senior team in building and maintaining relationships with our German clients. You’re a natural connector, curious, proactive, and not afraid to reach out. From helping prepare pitches to scouting new opportunities and assisting on ongoing projects of high level clients, you’ll be the right hand to our senior supervisors. You’ll learn the ins and outs of the music for brands world while helping Sizzer grow its presence in Germany.

So what is it really that you do? You’ll network, close deals, advise, help, plan, you troubleshoot, you talk and you think ahead.

Exciting, right? This is a super influential role within our company for an outgoing, commercial and remarkable person with a huge knowledge of the power of music.

About Sizzer

We are an award winning international full service music agency with our headquarter in Amsterdam. Alongside our Amsterdam team, we have people working from different corners of the world, including Berlin, who regularly come together at our home base while helping Sizzer grow its presence in Germany and beyond.

We collaborate with brands, agencies, and directors to create music and sound concepts for moving images. We do this for the biggest brands in the world. In doing so, we aim to be the go-to partner for the most creative and ground-breaking musical stories being told.

We choose to work with people who inspire us, people who dare to embrace the unknown and thrive in the beautiful chaos where creativity flourishes. Those people represent brands like Heineken, Nivea, Mercedes, or Kia.

  • You’ll work closely with our creative team, helping to translate client briefs, prepare presentations, and support our Music Supervisors and Producers in delivering great work.

  • You’ll jump in wherever needed: keeping timelines on track, coordinating feedback, and learning how to turn a client’s demo love into a Sizzer win.

Business Development

  • You’ll focus on growing Sizzer’s business in Germany, driving new opportunities and building strong relationships.

  • You’ve worked (or interned) at a fast paced creative company before, preferably a small to mid-sized one, and you know what it means to juggle multiple projects at once.

  • You’re confident talking to (film) directors, agency creatives, producers, and editors, basically you’re a people person who fits right in with the creative crowd.

  • You’re curious about the creative industry and love keeping up with the latest campaigns, brands, and cultural moments.

  • Music is a real passion of yours, whether you DJ, collect records, make playlists for every mood, or know who produced Bowie’s Berlin trilogy.

  • You’re a real team player, supportive, hands on, and always ready to jump in and help.

  • You’re ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a key player in the music-for-brands world.

  • And finally, you love film, have a soft spot for great advertising, and don’t mind being on the road, sometimes literally.

  • Willing to re-locate to Berlin
